Accessibility statement

This site is built to be usable by as many people as possible, and we would rather hear about a problem than have you work around it.

What we aim for

This site is built against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as a design target. That is a goal we build toward rather than a certification we hold, and we say so plainly because the difference matters.

In practice that means: text and interface boundaries are checked for contrast against their real background colors, every interactive element can be reached and operated from a keyboard with a visible focus ring, images carry descriptive alternative text, headings follow a sensible order, form fields have real labels and errors are announced rather than only colored, and animation is reduced automatically for anyone whose system asks for that.

Known limitations

The county map on the communities pages is a schematic diagram. It is fully keyboard-navigable and every county on it is also listed as a plain text link beneath it, so no information is available only through the map.

Some pages link out to third-party services — Tony's Keller Williams portal, Google, YouTube and the social platforms. Those sites are outside our control and have their own accessibility standards.

Tell us about a problem

If any part of this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, email tony@togarco.com or call (815) 995-7076 and describe what happened. Please include the page and what you were trying to do.

We will respond, and if something on this site is the cause we will fix it. In the meantime, anything on this site can be done by phone — nothing here is only available online.
