What this site collects
Only what you type into a form. The contact form, the cash-offer form and the newsletter signup collect the fields shown on them — typically your name, email address, and whichever of phone number, property details, timeline and message you choose to provide.
This site does not run advertising trackers, does not build a profile of you, and does not sell or rent anything you submit to anyone.
What it is used for
Submissions are delivered to Tony Garcia so he can reply to you, and are stored in the customer system TOGAR & Co. uses to keep track of conversations. That is the whole purpose.
If you sign up for the newsletter, your email is used to send occasional market updates and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Hosting and service providers
This site is served as static files by a hosting provider, which keeps standard server logs. Form submissions pass through a processing service on their way to Tony. These providers handle data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Pages on this site link out to third parties including Google, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and Tony's Keller Williams portal. Once you follow one of those links you are on their site, under their privacy policy.
Your choices
Email tony@togarco.com or call (815) 995-7076 at any time to ask what information is held about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. There is no form to fill in and no hoop to jump through.
This site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.
