DMCA copyright notice

How to tell us about material on this site that you believe infringes your copyright.

Sending a notice

If you believe something published on this site infringes a copyright you own or represent, send a written notice to tony@togarco.com with "DMCA notice" in the subject line, or call (815) 995-7076 to be directed to the right place.

Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, a complete notice needs to include: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed; identification of the material on this site you are asking to have removed, with enough detail for us to find it; your address, telephone number and email address; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

What happens next

We will review a complete notice promptly and remove or disable access to material we determine is infringing. We may also notify whoever supplied the material.

If you believe material was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice containing the elements the DMCA requires, to the same address.

Photography and listing content on this site

Photography, logos and brand assets on this site belong to TOGAR & Co. or to the parties who supplied them, and are used with permission. Brokerage and trade marks — including Keller Williams and REALTOR® — belong to their respective owners.

This site does not host a listing feed. Property search is handled on Tony's Keller Williams portal, which operates under its own terms.
