Kane County

Real estate in North Aurora, IL.

A small Fox River village between Batavia and Aurora, split by the river and the I-88 interchange.
A quiet suburban street under mature trees, with a low house set back behind the curb.

North Aurora

North Aurora is modest in size and sits at a useful crossing point — the river on one axis, I-88 on the other. That access is a large part of why it has grown.

Housing is mostly post-war and later, with newer subdivisions filling in west of the river. It generally prices below Batavia and Geneva for comparable space.

What the housing looks like

  • Post-war single-family housing near the river
  • Newer subdivision colonials west of the river
  • Townhomes and small condominium developments
