DuPage County

Real estate in Addison, IL.

A northern DuPage village with a substantial light-industrial base alongside its residential subdivisions.
A row of newer three-story townhouses with attached garages and short driveways.

Addison

Addison carries more industrial and warehouse space than most of DuPage, which gives it a different employment base and a different kind of investor interest. The residential side is conventional post-war and later subdivision housing.

It is a practical market rather than a scenic one, and it tends to offer more space per dollar than the villages on the Metra lines to the south.

What the housing looks like

  • Post-war ranches and split-levels
  • Townhome and condominium developments
  • Light industrial and flex commercial property
