DuPage County

Real estate in Lisle, IL.

A wooded central-DuPage village on the BNSF line, home to the Morton Arboretum and part of the I-88 corporate corridor.
An overhead view of an established suburban neighborhood almost entirely under mature tree canopy.

Lisle

Lisle sits between the arboretum on one side and the I-88 office corridor on the other, which gives it more trees and more daytime employment than its size suggests. The BNSF station puts it a straightforward ride from Union Station.

Housing is a mix of mid-century single-family and later condominium and townhome development, so the market splits fairly cleanly into two segments.

What the housing looks like

  • Mid-century single-family homes on wooded lots
  • Condominium and townhome developments
  • Office and flex commercial along the I-88 corridor
