DuPage County

Real estate in Naperville, IL.

DuPage County's largest city, built around a downtown on the DuPage River and a Riverwalk that runs through the middle of it.

Naperville

Naperville is the town most people picture when they picture DuPage: a busy, walkable downtown, the Riverwalk along the DuPage River, and square mile after square mile of subdivisions behind it. Two BNSF stations put the Loop within a predictable commute.

It is a large enough market that a county-level comparison tells you almost nothing. Pricing has to be done against the specific subdivision and the specific attendance area, because both move the number more than the city line does.

What the housing looks like

  • Subdivision colonials from the 1980s onward
  • Period houses on the older streets near downtown
  • Townhomes and condominiums close to the stations
